We ship from our family owned + run warehouse on the West Coast of BC, Canada on Salt Spring Island!

Because it is meant to be worn with layers of clothing underneath, our Outerwear has a more generous fit than our regular clothing.

Most children will fit the same size in Outerwear as they do in our regular clothes. 

To find the best size, we recommend following the height measurements on our sizing charts. Select a size that will give your child some room to grow over the season, but won’t be too large and limit their movement.

For babies (size 9m-2y), we do not recommend sizing up as it can make it difficult for your little one to move and play.

For kids (size 3y+) feel free to select a larger size if they are in between sizes. It may be a bit big at the beginning of the season, but they’ll have plenty of room to grow.

The best way to find the perfect size shoe for your child is to measure their feet. Simple ask them to stand on a sheet of paper and mark where their toes & heel come to. Measure the distance in cm.

Next add 1.5-2.0cm to this length to give room for growth and comfort.

Review the insole measurement chart listed on the product page for the shoes you are looking to buy, choose the closest size to your measurement. It's best to review the insole chart for each pair of shoes you are interested in purchasing as measurements can be slightly different on different styles of shoes.

We would recommend opting for the bigger size for your child. Children are constantly growing, and selecting a larger size ensures that they will comfortably fit into it for a longer period.
