We are happy to announce that we are now shipping to the USA! Orders to the USA will be shipped via Canada Post.

**NOTE: We currently ship all online orders from our warehouse in Canada. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Canada, there may be associated taxes and/or duties due upon delivery. Customer is responsible to pay all applicable duties and taxes that may be required upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made using our Black Friday promo code are a Final Sale.

* Please note we are not able to apply any discount codes to orders that are made prior to a sale/promotion beginning. 

We want to make sure that you and your child love what you ordered. If something isn’t the right fit (literally and figuratively!) we will happily return or exchange your unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All SALE items are a final sale.

Please note all items must be returned with all original tags to avoid a 50% restocking fee. All returned items must be unwashed & unworn or they will not be eligible for a refund. 

Per our FAQ page on Returns, return shipping is free on Canadian orders when using the Canada Post label provided by us. To receive a free return label please email us at Please include your order number, whether you would like a return or exchange and reason for the return or exchange. We will then email you a return shipping label to print  out. 

Here’s how to complete your return in a few quick steps:

  1. On your original packing slip or invoice mark which items you would like to return.
  2. Package your return, remembering that your original mailing bag can be used for this return. Please be sure to include all original packaging and tags for the clothing. Any items returned without original tags will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  3. Affix your Canada Post Return Shipping label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.
  4. Take the package to your nearest Canada Post outlet or drop box and wait to hear from us. 

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed. Its thats easy! We want to help you have your little one running around in WHEAT as soon as possible. 

For exchanges simply visit the website and place a new order for the items you would like.

Limited shipping options may apply. Certain remote areas have limited delivery service, which results in a higher delivery cost. We still want to ensure that the WHEAT brand is spread far and wide, so we will ship, however, there will be an additional fee. A $10-$15 shipping charge applies to all orders going to the following postal codes: A0K, A0P, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V + North West Territories.

At WHEAT Kids Clothing, we like to do everything we can to be friendly to the environment. All of our orders are packaged in biodegradable mailing bags and shipped via Canada Post. These bags will biodegrade in 18 months once they reach the landfill. Each bag is also equipped with a second sealing strip to allow for easy repackaging for any returns or exchanges.
