Canadian Shipping

Canadian Shipping is $10 - Shipping update October 14th - Most orders at this time will be shipped out with UPS, Fedex or CanPar due to the rotating strikes at Canada Post, however some orders to PO boxes + remote locations will have to be shipped via Canada Post.

  • Our orders ship via UPS or Fedex from our warehouse in Canada. Our team works very hard to ship orders within 2 business days. Please note that during peak sale times orders may take between 3-5 business days to ship. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation including tracking information. 
  • Orders that are refused or marked as un-deliverable will be charged a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the return amount. This fee reflects the cost charged by the carrier to return the package to us (generally $15-$30)

USA Shipping

August 26th 2025 - SHIPPING UPDATE - At this time we have suspended shipping to the USA. Recent changes are now requiring that all packages shipped to the USA have duties/customs fees pre-paid. We are working hard to integrate new software to allow duties to pre-paid at checkout by the customers. Please be sure to sign up for email newsletters and we will update you as soon as shipping is open again. 

  • Any orders returned to our warehouse or marked undelivered due to customs fees/duties not being paid will be charged a $45 fee plus any additional fees that are owing on the package. 

Wheat Kids Clothing is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We can assist by filing a claim with the package carrier. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • All items purchased during our Black Friday or Cyber Monday SALE are a Final Sale.
  • All Sale items are a final sale.
  • All underwear sets & swimwear is a final sale.
  • Please note we are not able to apply any discount codes to orders that are made prior to a sale/promotion beginning.
  • We want to make sure that you and your child love what you ordered. If something isn’t the right fit we will happily accept returns of your unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. 

All items must be returned with all original tags to avoid a 50% restocking fee. All returned items must be unwashed & unworn or they will not be eligible for a refund. 

For returns on any Non-Sale items please email hello@wheatkidsclothing.com with your order number and items you would like to return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Wheat Kids Clothing is not responsible for any return parcels that may be lost in transit. All return Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
